Laying Seven System (NEUTRAL)

This is a laying system which lays clear 2nd fav in every race with some more rules as
described in the ebook.

I have back tested this system for 5 years and 3 out of 5 years were at loss and overall it gives
around 10 points profit in 5 years i.e only 2 points per year. So I better call it a neutral system
rather then failed but you avoid this system.
